● Orders for digital gift cards are processed instantly, meaning cancellations are generally not possible once the order has been placed.
● If your gift card has not yet been delivered, you may contact us immediately at customer@moblack.net to check if cancellation is still possible.
● If the gift card has already been delivered, cancellation is not permitted.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date to ensure timely processing.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except where required by law.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:
● The gift card must be unused and in its original condition.
● The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
● You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
● Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items and promotional offers are non-refundable.
● Refunds will not be issued if the gift card has already been redeemed or used.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
● Used, partially used, or redeemed gift cards.
● Sale items or promotional gift cards.
● Any digital products that have been delivered and accessed.
● Gift cards that have expired.
● Orders made with fraudulent or suspicious activity.

2.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your refund request, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
● Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
● Processing times may vary based on your financial institution’s policies.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, follow these steps:

1. Check Your Bank Account: Ensure that the refund has not already been deposited.

2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take time to officially appear in your account.

3. Contact Your Bank: There may be a processing delay before the funds are credited.

4. Sale and Promotional Items

● Only regular-priced gift cards are eligible for refunds.
● Sale items, discounted gift cards, and promotional offers are
